Meta Tags Manager is alright

anyone use Mirasvit for a while? their Meta Tags Manager is decent, works mostly as expected. but getting loyalty points applied was kinda confusing, took a bit to figure out. definitely not as smooth as Amasty's checkout.

Comprehensive Help Desk review

I purchased the Mirasvit Help Desk extension after comparing it with a few other options. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, and I received the download link immediately. Installation on my Magento 2 store took about an hour with our developer, as there were a couple of module dependencies to resolve, but nothing too complex. The feature set is really robust; we're using the ticket management, email-to-ticket conversion, and the knowledge base functions extensively. Customization options are decent, allowing us to brand the portal. Support responded to my pre-purchase question about multi-store compatibility within a few hours, which was reassuring. My only wish is that the reporting features were a bit more granular out-of-the-box, but it's still a significant upgrade for our customer service operations.

Reliable extensions, consistent quality

I've been a Mirasvit customer for a few years now, starting with their Elastic Search Ultimate. This time around, I picked up the Follow Up Email extension. Just like my previous purchases, it was delivered quickly and installed without a hitch. Their extensions are always compatible with the latest Magento versions, which saves me a lot of headaches. Support is consistently helpful, though sometimes it takes a day to hear back. I appreciate that I can always count on them for solid products that just work, making my store management much simpler.

Got the Reward Points extension

I grabbed the Reward Points extension last week. It was pretty easy to get going, just downloaded it and our dev put it on the site. My customers seem to like it, and it's already helping with repeat business. The only thing is, I wish the admin interface was a little more modern, but it works fine.

SEO Suite made such a difference!

I got the Advanced SEO Suite last week, and wow, it's incredible! Installation was a breeze even for me. My site's performance has already seen an improvement in rankings. Definitely recommending this to everyone. I'm already eyeing the Help Desk extension for my next purchase!

Elastic Search is fantastic

I got the Elastic Search Ultimate extension and it's absolutely brilliant! My store's search is so much faster now, it's incredible. Installation was smooth, and it just works. I had a quick question for support, and they got back to me right away. I'm definitely shopping here again, and I've already told my colleagues about it!

Good Help Desk, easy setup

Got the Help Desk extension a couple weeks ago. It was pretty straightforward to get it set up on our Magento store, took about 2 days to fully integrate. Support replies were quick when I had a small question about ticket routing. It's working out well for our customer service team, although the interface could use a bit of a refresh.

Good value, minor setup issue

I bought the Advanced SEO Suite for my Magento store. Overall, it's a solid product and does what it promises for SEO. The features are comprehensive, and I saw an improvement in site visibility pretty quickly. Delivery was instant, which is great for digital products. My only minor gripe was that one small setting was a bit tricky to find in the documentation, but I figured it out eventually. Good value for the price though.

Smart Category for the price

I was looking for a way to automate my product categories and found their Smart Category extension. I was happy to see a first purchase discount available which made the price very attractive. It was a good deal for what it does. I compared it to a few others, and this offered the best bang for my buck. It's working well, saving me time. Wish the documentation had more real-world examples, but for the price I paid, I'm happy with the purchase.
